REWILD YOURSELF
WOODLAND RETREAT
FRI 13th - MON 16th OCT 2023 (BATH, UK)
A truly restorative and rewilding retreat as we move into the Autumn season. Over the weekend we will develop a deeper understanding of our relationship with nature as we explore the elements of earth, air, fire and water through yoga, embodied movement, grounding restorative practices, meditation, cold water immersions, soothing saunas, calming breathwork, journaling and sound healing.

EXPERIENCE
An invitation to slow down and take a step back from daily life and synchronise with the natural rhythms of being. Connect with the gentleness and grace of nature whilst pausing for long enough to allow our own innate wisdom to discern what we need from the experience.

Arrival 5pm on Friday (welcome circle 6:30pm followed by dinner).
Departure by 10am on Monday (no class on the Monday).

Morning practice: 1.5 hrs of yoga. This will include breathwork, meditation, dynamic / embodied yoga practice with space for contemplation.

Evening practice: 1 hr of restorative practice. To help us move into a deeper state of ease to balance and regulate our nervous system. This will include yin, yoga nidra and sound healing.

Optional afternoon activities such as lake swimming, wood-fired sauna, long walks in nature, forest bathing, free time to rest and get cosy by your own wood-burner or fire-pit.

Massages can be organised for an additional cost but must be booked in advance.

2 x daily delicious, nutritious plant-based meals and afternoon snacks created by our wonderful retreat chef Jessica Hampton.
STAY
A magical handcrafted eco-village nestled on the side of a wild wooded valley.
A 15 min cab ride from Bath Spa train station or easily accessible by car.
SLEEP
Beautiful log cabins, yurts, the cob roundhouse and a shepherd’s hut
all with wood burning stoves and firepits.
