YOGA

Yoga for me is a way in which I can meet life with a sense of equanimity and ease.

I teach a somatic style of vinyasa which encourages a listening from within and moment-to-moment presence so the body's own innate wisdom can be felt, heard and expressed. I also love teaching more restorative and still practices such as Yin, Nidra and Meditation. These slow and easeful practices allow us to step back from the doing and enable us to explore our inner landscape where we are able to witness the truth of our emotions and the quality of our thoughts. The ultimate aim of our practice is to remain fully alive and present in the unobstructed ease of the here and now.
